We want you to love your ride, which is why Penny Skateboards offers a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Whether you changed your mind or need a different size, we are committed to getting you back on the pavement as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your skateboard, hardware, or apparel is in brand-new condition, unridden, and still in its original shrink wrap or packaging.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the provided return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
